About Ordr
Ordr is a B2B marketplace for bulk fuel procurement, connecting buyers and sellers through a Seller Central web app and a Buyer mobile app — and powering white-label marketplaces for fuel distributor partners. We're an early-stage, founder-led company building the tooling that lets fuel distributors run competitive, transparent pricing instead of relying on a single phone call to a preferred supplier.

The role
You'll own the full partner lifecycle for Ordr's white-label distributor partners and their buyers — from kickoff through go-live and into ongoing account management. This is a hands-on, high-touch role: you'll run structured onboarding sprints with partner teams (owners, controllers, ops leads), define and track success criteria for each rollout, and then stay on as the long-term relationship owner once partners go live — renewals, expansion, escalations, all of it.

Note on scope
This combines onboarding and account management into one role by design. As the partner base grows, expect the split between "new onboarding" and "managing live accounts" to shift over time, and expect this role to be the one that tells us when it needs to split into two.

Early-stage caveat
This role reports directly to the CEO and will require flexibility beyond a traditional CS job description — including help refining onboarding playbooks as we learn what works with each new partner type.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured onboarding for new white-label partners (currently ~3-week internal testing cycles before buyer exposure).
  • Define, document, and track measurable success criteria per partner (completed test orders, validated pricing, independent user completion — not general "readiness").
  • Build relationships with partner-side stakeholders (owner, controller, operations lead) and proactively secure their time allocation — owner-led implementations at small distributors are fragile without this.
  • Own the ongoing relationship for live partners: primary point of contact, usage health, renewal conversations, and expansion (second/third distributor referrals, upsell).
  • Serve as the escalation point for live partners and their buyers.
  • Feed onboarding and account friction, plus product gaps, back to the founding team.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and playbooks as the partner base grows.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, implementation, or onboarding — B2B SaaS or marketplace experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable owning a relationship end-to-end, not just handing off after go-live.
  • Comfortable working directly with business owners and finance/ops staff, not just end users.
  • Process-oriented: can define measurable milestones rather than vague "check-ins".
  • Startup experience or high tolerance for ambiguity — playbooks are still being written.
  • Fuel, logistics, or distribution industry familiarity is a plus, not required.

Compensation
DOE, base + equity.

The role
Ordr's platform spans a Seller Central web app, a Buyer mobile app, and per-partner white-label deployments — each with its own branding and configuration. As we onboard additional distributor partners, testing surface area grows with every new deployment. We need someone to systematically test new releases, partner-specific configurations, and core transaction flows (bidding, order intake, eBOL, invoicing) before they reach real buyers and sellers moving real fuel.

Note on scope
This is a contract engagement, not a full-time role. Expect volume to scale with release cadence and partner count — clarify expected weekly hours or per-cycle scope before posting so candidates can self-select on availability.

Responsibilities

  • Test core marketplace flows across web (Seller Central) and mobile (Buyer app): bid posting, award, dispatch, eBOL/tank gauge reconciliation, invoicing.
  • Validate each new white-label partner deployment for correct branding, pricing configuration, and zero cross-partner data leakage.
  • Run regression testing ahead of releases tied to partner go-lives.
  • Log, prioritize, and track defects with engineering (Shishir's team).
  • Build out a basic test case library and, over time, help identify candidates for automation.

Qualifications

  • Experience QA testing web and mobile applications, ideally in a marketplace or transactional (payments/logistics) product.
  • Comfortable working without a mature QA infrastructure — you'll help build the process, not just execute one.
  • Strong attention to detail on financial/transactional accuracy (pricing, fees, reconciliation) — errors here have direct revenue and trust consequences.
  • Experience testing multi-tenant or white-label SaaS products is a plus.

Compensation
DOE, hourly contract rate.

Marketing · Full-time · Remote · Reports to CEO

The role
Ordr's CMO seat is currently vacant, and we're not backfilling it with another manager-level hire. We need a hands-on marketing generalist to own website content, partner-facing sales materials, and top-of-funnel messaging while we build out the partner program. You'll inherit a set of in-progress assets (pricing page, ROI calculator, partners page, executive bios, embedded AI chatbot) that need tightening, consistency, and ongoing maintenance as pricing and features change. This is an individual-contributor role — no direct reports, no budget-owner responsibilities — with the expectation that you execute directly rather than brief out to a team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Ordr website: pricing page, ROI calculator, partners page, executive bios.
  • Ensure consistency across all buyer-, seller-, and partner-facing materials — including keeping the embedded AI chatbot's system prompt synchronized with actual pricing and features.
  • Develop partner-facing sales collateral (one-pagers, decks) to support the white-label partner pipeline.
  • Write and refine executive/leadership bios with specific, verifiable credentials (no generic "B2B marketplaces" placeholders) — credibility matters in a relationship-driven, diligence-heavy industry.
  • Apply judgment on what belongs on a pre-launch site: precise, credible data points woven into existing copy outperform standalone "market research" sections that signal stage weakness.
  • Own top-of-funnel channels (content, SEO, possibly paid) as bandwidth allows — scope TBD.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in marketing at an early-stage B2B/B2B2B startup, ideally with direct website ownership (not just campaign execution or managing agencies/reports).
  • Strong writer and editor — this role touches nearly every external-facing document.
  • Comfortable with hands-on execution (updating HTML/CMS content, not just briefing a team).
  • B2B marketplace, fintech, or logistics/fuel industry background is a plus.

Compensation
DOE, base + equity.
