How do payments and settlement work?+
Buyers pre-fund their accounts through bank-to-bank ACH transfers powered by Dwolla, with bank linking handled by Plaid. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed, then released to the seller after reconciliation. Distributors can also offer standard 10-day payment terms when that arrangement fits their buyer relationships.
Can it handle dispatch and eBOL for my fleet?+
Yes. Drivers get dispatch details on their phone and capture electronic bills of lading at load and delivery, so paperwork, proof of delivery, and billing all flow through one system.
