This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and shared by PM-ORDR, Inc. (hereafter "ORDR," "our," "we," or "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our website, mobile applications when you interact with us, and when you use other online services (collectively, the "ORDR Service").

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the ORDR Service to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Information You Provide to Us. ORDR collects information that you provide directly to us when you sign up and use the ORDR service including information when you register or update the details of your account, communicate with other users, provide reviews or other comments, purchase services from ORDR, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, ORDR account password (encrypted), telephone number, postal address for you and your delivery/pick-up locations including city, state, and zip code, profile photographs, written descriptions of your posted commodities, bids you make on commodities, reviews or comments you make on the ORDR Service, all messages with other users or with us sent through the ORDR messaging service or to ORDR directly, government-issued identification documents (such as a driver's license), banking information, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the ORDR Service, we automatically collect information about you, including:

• We log information about your use of the ORDR Service, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our ORDR Service.
• We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the ORDR Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• If you consent to the collection of location information from your computer or mobile device, we may collect this information when you access the ORDR Service or when you otherwise consent to the collection of this information. We may also use your IP address to infer an approximate geographic location for your computer or device. For more details, please see the Your Choices section below.

We use various technologies to collect some of the information listed above, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve the ORDR Service and your experience, see which areas and features of the ORDR Service are popular, and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as "gifs," "pixel tags" and "tracking pixels"). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in the ORDR Service or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage, and advertising campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. Information from Third Parties

ORDR may, from time to time, obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the ORDR Service to enhance our ability to serve you, prevent fraudulent transactions, tailor our content to you, deliver relevant advertising to you, offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, and for any other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may also receive transaction information from Dwolla Inc. when you purchase or sell items using the ORDR payment solution, including the date and time of sale and the amount of the sale.

Payment Information Collected by Dwolla Inc.

ORDR is integrated with Dwolla Inc. to allow sellers to accept electronic payment methods for goods they list for sale on the ORDR Service. Dwolla Inc. provides these services directly to sellers according to its own terms and privacy policy. When signing up to receive funds electronically, Dwolla Inc., and not ORDR, collects some of the information provided by sellers via the ORDR Service, including EIN, Social Security numbers, government IDs, and bank account information.

How We Use Your Information

ORDR uses information about you for various purposes, including to:

• Verify your login information to allow you to access and use the ORDR Service, to personalize the ORDR Service, and to optimize the location and type of offers presented to you when you use the ORDR Service;
• Create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the ORDR Service, including through detection and prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, intrusion, and service interruption;
• Conduct investigations and respond to disputes between users, error resolution, and other similar customer support services;
• Enable any identification programs we may institute and in which you elect or are required to participate, such as verifying your identity and address, and conducting checks against various publicly available databases;
• Operate, protect, improve, and optimize the ORDR Service, our business, and our users' experience;
• Perform analytics, conduct research, and monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the ORDR Service;
• Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by ORDR and others via SMS, email, or in-app notifications. The frequency of these communications can vary, and you will have the option to opt out of SMS and email messages;
• Provide advertisements, news, and information to match user profiles or interests that we think will be of interest to you;
• Send you service, support, and administrative messages, reminders, technical notes, security alerts, and information requested by you via SMS, email, and in-app notifications. The frequency of these communications can vary and you will have the option to opt out of SMS and email messages;
• Send you SMS and email messages containing One Time Passwords and SMS and email message Invitations containing Invitation codes and App link or website URL, wherein the purpose of both information is to verify your identity and to confirm ownership of the mobile device or your email address before your onboarding to the ORDR Service. You will receive only one sign-up related SMS OTP and email OTP when you are trying to sign up and verifying your phone and email in the process. You can receive one invitation SMS or email message every time ORDR users in specific roles invite you. But as per business rationale, ORDR users will only invite you once and wait for your onboarding by clicking the link in the message, downloading the app, or accessing the web app URL and signing up. You will always have the option to opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to the ORDR Toll Free number and you will also have the option to opt out of email messages;
• Send you SMS messages and email messages containing One Time Passwords which is needed to verify your identity and confirm ownership of the mobile device and/or email before you change your login password. You will receive these OTP SMS messages and/or email messages once every time you try to change your password or once every time you click the button for sending OTP again;
• Send you SMS and email notifications and also in-app notifications about events within the ORDR Service which may be of concern to you, either in staying informed or taking further action, which keeps the ORDR Service useful for you and other users. The frequency of these messages will vary based on your role and the frequency in which events relevant to you are occurring in the ORDR application. It is in your interest to stay informed with these SMS and email notifications but you can still opt out by sending STOP to the ORDR Toll Free number and using the option provided in the email messages;
• Comply with our legal obligations or requests from law enforcement agencies, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third parties;
• Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
• Assist third-party payment processors with transaction processing, error, chargeback and disputed transaction resolution, and similar payment processing functions; and
• Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

ORDR is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the ORDR Service or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

Why We May Share Your Information and When

We may share the information we collect about you in the following situations:

• With the public when you post on the ORDR Service.
• Vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (including, without limitation, third-party service providers that may use the information we share to help us and other companies detect inaccurate personal information and prevent fraudulent transactions).
• With advertisers to help us deliver relevant advertising to you on the ORDR Service and across the internet.
• In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is per any applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of ORDR or others.
• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• Between and among ORDR, and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.
• With your consent or at your direction, including as mentioned in the Social Sharing Features section below or if we otherwise notify you through the ORDR Service that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.
• We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

When You Choose to Share Outside of ORDR

The ORDR Service may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as a Facebook "Like" button), which let you share actions you take on the ORDR Service with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables you to share your information with your friends or the public, depending on your selected settings on those platforms. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide those features.

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may allow partners such as Google and Facebook to serve advertisements on the ORDR Service, on our behalf across the Internet, and to provide us with analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the ORDR Service and other websites and online services, including your IP address, device identifier, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information.

Information collected by these service providers may be used by ORDR and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on the ORDR Service and other websites and online services, and better understand your online activity.

Your mobile device operating system may also include a feature that allows you to opt out of having certain information collected through apps used for behavioral advertising purposes.

Security

ORDR takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

ORDR protects your privacy by limiting the amount of personally identifiable data we share with third parties. In most cases, we share data that is aggregated or anonymized. When we do need to share identifiable data with third parties, we take steps to ensure that they provide the same level of protection to your data as ORDR provides under this Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

Account Information

You may update, correct, or remove account profile information at any time by logging into your account.

You can deactivate your account by emailing this address support@ordr.exchange. We will make your account inactive until the time you decide you would like to return to using the ORDR Services. To reactivate your account, you can use the same username and password for any questions email at support@ordr.exchange.

If you are on an iOS device and would like to delete your account, you can request deletion from your Account Settings menu.

If you are a California resident and would like to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, please see the Information for California Residents below.

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We will also retain certain information such as reviews and similar materials posted by you may continue to be publicly available (but not associated with your identifiable information) on the ORDR Service after your ORDR account is canceled.

Location Information

When you first download our mobile app or the first time you attempt to use any features that use location information, you will be asked to consent to our collection of this information. You may revoke your consent to our tracking location information at any time by changing your preferences in the settings menu on your mobile device or by following the standard uninstall process to remove our mobile application from your device.

Even if you do not consent to collect the precise location from your mobile device, we may use your IP address to infer an approximation of your location when using certain features of the ORDR Services, such as the ORDR payments solution.

In some features, ORDR uses mapping services from Google Maps/Google Earth, including Google Maps and or Here API(s). Your use of these services is subject to Google's and or Here's terms of service.

Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Removing or rejecting browser cookies does not necessarily affect third-party flash cookies used in connection with the ORDR Service. To delete or disable flash cookies please visit www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/security for more information. Please note that removing or rejecting certain cookies may affect the functionality of the ORDR Service.

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails, text messages, and other communications from ORDR by following the instructions in those emails, text messages, or other communications or by emailing support@ordr.exchange.

Information for California Residents

This section provides additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), which applies to the personal information we collect about California residents.

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, contact information, device identifiers, and state-issued ID numbers); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as usage data); demographic information (such as age); commercial information (such as products purchased or sold); geolocation data; inferences (such as approximate location); visual or similar information (such as photographs of yourself); and other information that relates to or is reasonably capable of being associated with you and that does not fit neatly into one of the other categories (such as personal information contained in reviews, comments and communications with us). We collect personal information for the business and commercial purposes listed in the How We Use Your Information section above. We share the personal information we collect with the categories of third parties listed in the Why We Share Your Information section above.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California residents with the right to:

• request to know about the personal information that we have collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request (including the categories of information collected, the source of that information, the business purpose of that collection, the categories of third parties with whom that information is shared, and the specific pieces of personal information collected about you);
• request to delete any personal information about you that we have collected;
• opt-out of "sales" of personal information to third parties, if applicable; and
• not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

CCPA requires that we provide transparency about the personal information we "sell," which is broadly defined. While we don't share personal information in exchange for money, we do allow third-party online advertising services to collect identifiers (such as cookies and other device identifiers) and internet or other electronic network information (such as the webpage you visited) through the ORDR Service to send personalized ads to you. This activity may be considered a "sale" under California law.

To opt out of this "sale," please email support@ordr.exchange and add in the subject line our Do Not Sell My Information page. We do not knowingly sell personal information about consumers under the age of 16.

To submit a request to know about your personal information or a request to delete your account, please send an email to support@ordr.exchange. We will verify your request by asking you to provide information that matches the information we have on file about you. You may designate another person as your authorized agent to act on your behalf about CCPA requests. If you have designated an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, we will require proof that the person is authorized to act on your behalf and may also still ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

Do Not Sell My Information

While ORDR does not share personal information in exchange for money, we do allow third-party online advertising services to collect identifiers (such as cookies and other device identifiers) and internet or other electronic network information (such as the webpage you visited) through the ORDR Service to send personalized ads to you. This activity may be considered a "sale" under California law. California users can opt out of this "sale" by doing the following: Email support@ordr.exchange and in the subject line "Opt Out".
